so collectively, this past week i ate

  • 2  bites of a sandwich
  • 2 apples
  • 2 orange
  • lolipop
  • 1 1/2 piece of peanut butter toast
  • half a piece of pizza
  • 3 chicken strips
  • 2 cans of soda
  • pretzel shells
  • 2 cookies

i worked out and fasted 2 days so i lost 7 pounds this week. im 128 i and want to be 125 by friday or valentines day. but thats pushing it. i plan on eating a shit load of pizza for the super bowl tomorrow but im hoping ill just stay the same.
